The Villa has 5 apartments. It offers stunning sea views and a unique blend of comfort and professional services. It is extremely spacious and airy and each apartment has its own balcony and kitchen. The views from each apartment are absolutely stunning. The nearest beach and supermarket are a 10 min walk. The villa features all basic amenities and a big courtyard and swimming pool with deck chairs and sunshades.
All guests can access the big courtyard, the private jacuzzi and swimming pool with deck chairs and sunshades. They can enjoy the terrace with barbecue facilities and a free private car park.
The villa is easily accessible from Tivat Airport(0.5km) and Porto Montenegro (1 Km). The nearest supermarket and Bus Stop is only 500mtrs. We can arrange for yatchs and cars and have free private parking available at the villa for our guests.

The house has a great location and is very spacious. The owner is very hospitable and it was very convenient to our comfort. The only downside is the private beach that is accessible to everyone and constantly other people are there and leave your garbage.
